Service Description

Sports Massage uses deep tissue manipulation, stretching, and friction to treat muscles, tendons, ligaments, and other soft tissues. It is used to prevent injuries, aid in recovery, relieve muscle tension, improve performance, and rehabilitate from strenuous physical activity or injury. We use various techniques like myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue work to improve blood flow, remove waste products like lactic acid, and restore normal muscle function and movement. Please be aware that this is not a diagnostic appointment. If you have pain or injury then we recommend a First Appointment to assess your symptoms and provide the appropriate treatment.
