What to expect

Each class combines the best of Yoga (Strength, mobility, breathing, relaxation) and Pilates (core activation, stability, controlled movement). Our instructor provides modifications so you can work at your own pace, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice.

Class Details

  • Suitable for all ages and fitness levels
  • Mondays 7.30pm to 8.20pm
  • Free parking
  • Bring a mat, water, and comfortable clothing
