Chris is a dedicated individual holding Level 2 & 3 Personal Training certifications, along with Level 4 Strength and Conditioning and Level 4 Nutrition qualifications. Chris is currently in the third year of a BoST Hons Osteopathy degree, delving deeper into anatomy, physiology, and manual therapy techniques.

His approach to healthcare is holistic, aiming to address the root cause of discomfort, imbalance, and pain rather than merely treating symptoms.

Chris's perspective on anatomy goes beyond traditional views, focusing on how muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia adapt during movement. This functional approach has revolutionised his understanding of treatment, exercise, and rehabilitation, particularly in managing musculoskeletal (MSK) systems under load. Chris is passionate about improving the lives of others through compassionate care and a commitment to lifelong learning, constantly exploring the intricate connections between the body and mind.

Carla trained for 3 years at the Northern College of Acupuncture, undertaking a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture). She then continued with her MSc in order to further her knowledge and experience, completing and analysing a trial on osteoarthritis. This has provided her with a grounding in Chinese Medicine and knowledge about Western Medical care.

Carla is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) which is the UK's largest professional body for the practice of acupuncture. She adheres to their strict Codes for Practice and Health and Safety. She is fully insured and licensed.

Carla is one of the official acupuncturists for Fertility Fusion, one of the leading providers of fertility treatment in the North West. Fertility Fusion provides both NHS and private services for a comprehensive range of fertility conditions and procedures. As a listed acupuncturist, patients can benefit fertility and reduce stress levels.

Carla has completed an intense 2 year post-graduate training course in Chinese Herbal Medicine and is a member of the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine. This enables her to safely prescribe herbal formulae and medicine to help with your healing.

Carla is also qualified in a range of holistic therapies, which can be incorporated into the treatment. Massage and reflexology could benefit the overall outcome.
